Dennis Karapiperis Director
Serving in AIC Group's parent company Archirodon Group NV for over 35 years, Dennis has held numerous positions of increasing responsibility culminating in his current position as CEO for Archirodon Group NV. Dennis is also the Chairman for AIC Group. He is a true visionary, whose efforts and strategic role in the overall management led to the growth of AICI from a small company into a renowned group of construction companies. His leadership has enabled AIC Group to achieve annual double-digit revenue growth and to increase its scale of operations dramatically. He holds a Master's degree in Civil Engineering and a Postgraduate Research for a Ph.D in Transportation Engineering from National Technical University of Athens. He is a member of the Engineer's Association and of the Public Works Contractor's Association of Greece.
Hazem Sadek Director
Hazem Sadek has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. Hazem worked for AICI for over 25 years where he worked his way up from Chief Engineer to President of AIC Group. He provided the vision, support, and leadership to AIC Group that led to the successful completion of all projects, and he provided exceptional oversight for projects in the Middle East and other remote locations. He also served on several boards and committees that have helped him possess a more strategic vision for AIC Group and thus be able to meet and exceed stakeholder's expectations. In addition to being the President for AIC Group, he is also the COO for Archirodon Group NV, the parent company for AIC Group. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Structural/Civil Engineering and has further enhanced his academic credentials by fulfilling the requirements of the Advanced Graduate Program in Construction Management for Professional Engineers from the American University in Cairo. He augmented his expertise by successfully accomplishing INSEAD Advanced Management Program, Fontainebleu, France. Hazem is a member of the Egyptian Engineering Syndicate and the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE).
Anaxagoras Violaris Director
Anax Violaris has worked for Archirodon Group NV for more than 35 years. He started as a Commercial Manager for several successful turnkey projects. Anax holds the position of North Africa Regional Finance and Administration Manager for Archirodon Group NV, the parent company for AIC Group. He has a tremendous amount of experience working in the Middle East, especially in Saudi Arabia and Egypt. He serves as a Board member for several companies within Archirodon Group NV. Anax is responsible for coordinating all international financial operations and liaisons with banks, bonding agencies and other financial and administrative entities. He is also overseeing all administrative activities for AIC Group offices and project sites. Anax holds a degree in Economics and Business Science from Athens Graduate School, University of Economics and Business.
Daniel Grey Director
Dan Grey has over 30 years of experience leading large and medium size engineering organizations. He has extensive experience overseeing construction in the Middle East, Africa, Central Asian States and Europe. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from West Point and Master of Science degrees from Stanford University in General Engineering and Structural Engineering. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in Virginia and is a Board Member on the Board of Directors of the Army Engineer Association.
Francois Antypas Director
Frank Antypas has more than 30 years of international construction management and engineering construction experience with AICI. Fluent in four languages (English, French, Arabic and Greek), he has constructed projects in Europe, Africa, Asia and the Middle East. Frank's academic credentials include a Bachelors of Science Degree in Civil Engineering, a certificate in Project Management from Urwick Management Centre in the United Kingdom, and a certificate in International Business Management from Georgetown University in Washington, DC. He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE).
